Overview
ebPhotoApp is a private photo archive application intended exclusively
for approved family members.
Access is restricted to authorised users whose accounts are manually
provisioned within the application’s private backend systems.
Information Collected
- Name and email address used for authentication
- Authentication and session information required to operate the service securely
- Photos, metadata, and related archive information stored within the service
- Device tokens required for push notifications
- Limited technical and diagnostic information required for security, maintenance, and operation of the application
Authentication
Google Sign-In may be used as an authentication provider for approved users.
Authentication providers do not independently grant access to archive content.
All account access and authorisation decisions are managed entirely by the
application’s own backend systems.

- Store, organise, and display photo archives
- Enable private sharing between authorised users
- Send application notifications
- Maintain application security, stability, and performance
Sharing and Disclosure
- Photos are private by default
- Internal sharing within the application and external link sharing are only permitted by photo owners
- Sharing links may be generated within the iOS app by photo owners
- Shared links are secured by tokens and expire after 30 days
- Personal information is not sold to third parties
- Data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking
Data Retention
- Photos marked for deletion are permanently removed within approximately 30 days
- Account information is retained while an account remains active
- Users may request account deletion from within the application
Security
Connections to the service are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
Access to archive content is restricted through application-managed
authentication and access controls.
User Controls
Users may manage, share, or delete photos they are authorised to access.
Users may also request account removal from within the application.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational,
technical, or legal changes.
